Pulled live from the store. Answers "did we miss a lot?" — measured, not estimated.
It's almost certainly a SKU-universe mismatch, not a content gap. Two things they may be counting:
1 · SKUs that were never migrated (by agreement). The old jessar.ca export lists ~2,141 SKUs; the new store carries 1,681. That ~460-SKU difference is the discontinued / secondary / out-of-scope items we agreed not to bring over — not products that are on the site with blank content. If Jessar diffs their full master against the live store, every one of those looks "missing," but they were intentionally left off.
2 · The 24 SKUs we deliberately archived. The pedal-bin / trash-bin range (and one glass bowl) were removed in the approved "orange/purple" cull. They still exist in Jessar's master, so they'd read as "missing" on their side — but they're off the store on purpose. (Listed in the CSV as REMOVED.)
A single live product, 7-99484 (7-Piece Acacia Turntable Serving Set), had a description but was missing romance + bullets. Fixed today — bullets pushed from our data, romance written to match the house voice. That's what took it from 1,680 to 1,681.
If Jessar sends the exact SKU list they believe is missing, we'll diff it against the live store and label every one as: (a) on the site with full content, (b) intentionally removed in the cull, or (c) out-of-scope / never in the migration plan. That turns "you missed a lot" into a line-by-line answer.
