What our content is actually built from (so we ask for the right raw materials), the full outstanding data & asset gap in numbers, the standing wish-list that's been open a while, and a cross-check of Michael's priority items (heroes + banners) against what's missing or out of stock.
Every product listing is assembled from a small set of raw source materials Jessar supplies. This is the checklist — for any product we want live, we need all five for it. "Romance and boxes" was the short version; here's the full set with what each one gives us.
| 1 · Product presentations (PDF decks) | Primary source of truth. Romance / marketing copy, the product's selling features, finishes, and story. This is where "romance" comes from. (We mined ~1,957 presentation PDFs + the "Presentations for Sean" deck for the original build.) |
| 2 · Box / packaging artwork (PDF) | Bilingual feature bullets, specs, care instructions, certifications, country of origin, UPC, inner/master pack counts — and the artwork itself for the retail-ready box shot. Three streams: JS Gourmet & Maison, Xtricity (electrical), and Liner / Mactac / Beauty Cover (for items that use a sticker/label, not a box). |
| 3 · Master SKU spreadsheet | The authoritative spec/verification layer: SKU, EN/FR names + description, dimensions, weight, UPC, packaging, and now inventory (QTE_MAIN). Confirms/overrides what the deck says. |
| 4 · Product photography | Clean packshot(s) per SKU. For sticker items with no box, the product photo carries more weight. |
| 5 · 3D / box renders | Branded box render for the PDP "retail-ready" block (the packaging shot). |
The live catalogue's text content is complete (all 1,667 processed products — EN + FR, romance, bullets, full specs). The outstanding gaps are new products and imagery.

Michael's special-effort lists checked against stock + assets. The headline: a lot of the banner picks are not currently sellable — 27 of 75 are out of stock and 2 don't exist on the site. Worth confirming restock timing, because a banner featuring out-of-stock product is a problem at launch.
