What we've done

The build, end to end — most of the engagement.
Data & catalogue
Profiled every source (Woo export, Excel masters, 1,557 box-art PDFs, presentations) into one bilingual product database. Ran a full feature-extraction + validation pass — 9,304 features across 1,667 SKUs, EN + Québec FR, junk + OCR errors stripped. Reconciled keep/discontinue/add; executed the orange/purple removal run (24 archived).
Brand & design
Designed brand directions; Jessar locked "Soft Modern" (Cormorant Garamond + Inter, coral palette). Built the design system and rendered every page type before building — render-before-commit throughout.
Theme & migration
Selected + validated Hyper; built the theme A→Z on the dev store. Migrated the full catalogue — 1,705 products live, 29 collections. Pushed v2 descriptions + feature bullets to all 1,667 (EN). French locale published.
The 6 templates
Home (native build), Collection (Option A cards · dynamic shop-by · SEO), Product / PDP (24 metafield-gated sections, native-first, deep-zoom lightbox, retail-ready icons, dealer CTA, gallery captions), About, Become-a-Dealer + Contact (both with working native forms). All locked for client review.
Page system
Native-vs-custom audit across Contact / Dealer / About (Contact locked on the custom form; Dealer + About native parallels built for side-by-side review). Homepage finalized with real retailer logos. 404 branded; /collections hidden; navigation + dark footer + menus.
Imagery (pilots)
AI hero + full-treatment pilots generated; 40 AI media test-pushed to the dev store (reversible). The full catalogue-imagery program is scoped + quoted, parked as a billable add-on.

Where we're at

Today's state.
The build is functionally complete and locked for the client's design approval — polish is deliberately deferred to a post-approval pass. The site lives on a password-protected dev store. In review: the Dealer + About native-vs-custom parallels (your keep/cull pick), the collection base-tone lock, and a few content approvals (bullet shortening, gallery-caption verify, title canonicalization). Active blockers, both on Jessar: the 33 special products have no usable imagery, and certifications are pending.
