The complete customer-facing navigation for the new store — four departments, a full set of nested collections, and a deep filtering system, every count validated live against the real catalog of 1,991 products. Built to shop like Crate&Barrel: browse by department, drill into a specific shelf, or shop the house brands directly.

Notes for review & loose ends

Cook & Fresca is back. It had zero products in the previous architecture; the catalog now shows 37. Recommend promoting it to a real brand page.
Two department “overflow” pockets. ~34 Kitchen and ~41 Home & Bath products aren’t in any sub-collection (generic tableware / household). Adding an “All [Department]” view guarantees nothing is invisible.
Filter values need a quick clean-up pass. Material and Colour carry French/English and casing duplicates (e.g. Céramique / Ceramic, Ambre / Amber). Normalizing to one controlled list makes the live filters look tight.
Lighting is intentionally the deepest. Its 13 specialized filters (base, colour temperature, lumens, dimmable, etc.) only appear inside Lighting — correct behaviour, not missing data elsewhere.
Pop Fluff (9) is too small for its own department slot — fold it in as a JS Maison line.
24 archived + 4 draft products are held out of the live menu.

How this was validated. Every count is pulled live from the Jessar Shopify catalog (1,991 products) via the Admin API — collection sizes directly, and each filter’s coverage by tallying the underlying spec field across the whole catalog. Nothing here is estimated or invented; where the data is thin or messy, it’s flagged above.
