What changed in v2

Sub‑brands kept — per direction, marketing identities remain as brand pages for now (not collapsed to 4 house brands).
Inspiration Italia + Laguiole added — real product lines (25 + 8 SKUs) that were missing from v1; Inspiration Italia is the cast‑iron cookware line driving the hero + imagery quote.
Real SKU counts attached to every brand/line; Cook & Fresca and Pop Fluff flagged empty (0 tagged SKUs).
Collections now drill down 3 levels (Department → Category → Sub-category) like a B2C site — built from internal_clas_1/clas_2 → Shopify Standard Taxonomy with live SKU counts, not top-level departments alone.
Lighting fully expanded — fixtures by type (pendant, ceiling, wall, recessed, track, vanity, outdoor, lamps…) plus Bulbs (271) split by technology.
Cleaning (Limpus, 16) folded under Storage & Household; kept visible pending your call.

Parent brand Jessar. Four data‑tier house brands (real SKU prefixes); marketing sub‑brands / product lines live inside them and keep their own brand pages.

Collections — shop-by-category drill-down

Three-level merchandising nav (Department → Category → Sub-category), mirrored in the header mega-menu, the collection landing pages, and the on-collection filters — so a buyer narrows from a department to a specific shelf, B2C-style. Counts are live primary SKUs, derived from internal_clas_1/clas_2 → Shopify Standard Taxonomy.

1 · Empty brand pages. Cook & Fresca and Pop Fluff have 0 SKUs — retire, or are products coming? (Held in sitemap, not built.)
2 · Bulbs placement. Surfaced under Lighting here (consumer intent); brand‑wise they remain Xtricity. Confirm.
3 · Cleaning. Folded under Home → Storage & Household (16 cleaning SKUs; Limpus is the 6-SKU branded line). Confirm vs. standalone.
4 · JS Maison count. Live‑primary reads 65 — reconcile full catalog so the brand/collection isn't undersized.
5 · Unassigned (30). SKUs with no sub‑brand need assignment before launch.
6 · Inspiration Italia / Laguiole prominence. Added as JS Gourmet lines; confirm Inspiration Italia gets featured treatment (hero/cookware).
