- Colour system, measured not assumed: native schemes 1–4/6/inverse + the combination kit (5, 7–14) + scheme-15 “Bright” #FCFBF7 powering the live bright-hero trial. Scheme paint rule fixed the silent flattening (Hyper schemes define variables; sections must paint). All verified by computed pixels against the renders — 14/14 token match.
- Catalog architecture: 4 departments + 24 smart child collections (v3 taxonomy), shop-by tile rows, nested main menu, collection pages with split banner, sticky line pills, B2B cards (no price/cart; price facet suppressed), SEO blocks.
- Team-manageable data: metaobjects for variant families, feature bands, made-for tiles, press items, sub-brand profiles — all editable in admin, zero code. The 20+ changelogs in docs/shopify_code_changes/ document every touched file with original/final.
- B2B integrity: every demo leak purged (footer, announcement, popup, hero slide, FAQ copy, “KITCH” codes), cart surfaces gated behind one setting, mobile layer (≤749px) live across all rs- styles per the approved mobile renders.
Verification trail
- Structural probes per page (PDP 24/24 sections, home 16/16, secondary 30/30) + live screenshots after every fix.
- Computed-style colour audits (render vs live, same browser) — including the background investigation that proved the page canvas identical and isolated the gallery-backdrop effect.
- Real bugs found & fixed along the way: variant metaobjects DRAFT-invisible to Liquid · a:empty hiding swatches · class collision shrinking The Line · sticky-nav zero-travel and shrink-gap · taxonomy drift on 365 products (repaired with your go).
